5 Seconds of Summer

5 Seconds of Summer (5SOS)  is my favorite boys band. They're Australian Pop punk and Pop rock  band. The band consists of Luke Hemmings(lead vocals, guitar), Ashton Irwin(vocals, drums), Michael Clifford(vocals, guiar), and Calum Hood(vocals, bass).  They formed the band in Sydney in 2011.


 They covered many famouse musics and they posted their movies on YouTube. They became famouse for the videos, and One Direction invited them to their Take Me Home Tour. 5SOS became more famouse and popular.

Brass band music

I want to recommend some brass band music today. When I was a high school student, I belonged to the brass band club and I had played the trumpet for three years. Let me introduce my favorite.

This is Tom tit Tot. I played it when I was  a second grade student. I practiced it every day, and this is the most important music of my brass band life. It's really great music. I love it so much.

She doesn't exist, but many people around the world love her.

K-POP musics

Do you like K-POP music? I don't know a lot about it, but my friends love it so I was recommended some groups by them. It's very good and they are very good at singing!  Let me introduce some of my favorites.

Japanese Rock

Do you like Japanese rock band? I don't know a lot about it, but I like it. So I'll introduce some Japanese rock bands.

The first one that I want to tell you is BUMP OF CHICKEN. I had often listened their music when I was a high school student. I like lyrics of their music, so when you listen it, please listen carefully focusing on the lyrics.

Ed Sheeran

Ed Sheeran is one of my favorite artists. He is British singer songwriter. Let me tell you about him.



He was born in 1991, in West Yorkshire, England. He has loved music since he was a child. One day, when he was watching TV, he was impressed by a musician. Then he started to play the guitar. When he was eleven, his father took him to see Damian Llyce's concert. He sang songs with an accoustic guitar, and this performance changed Ed's life. He started song-writing. In 2005, he made his own EP "The Orange Room" for low budget and he sold them at school. When he was 16, he went out his home. He had slept at pub or livehouse every night. He hadn't had home then. He performed his music almost everyday.

In 2008, he moved to London to persue his musical career. In 2011, he finally signed to Asylum Records and he released his first album, +. After that, he won many awards.  "The A Team" that's included + was nominated for Song of the Year at the 2013 Grammy Award.

Recently, his second album titled X was released.

ONE DIRECTION

I usually listen One Direction songs. One Direction is the boys group consists of four British boys (Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, and Louis Tomlinson) and one Irish boy (Niall Horan). The group was united in 2010. Three years have left since then and they became a world popular group now. One Direction(1D) is the first British band since The Beatles to have TWO no.1 albums in the same year in the US. They sing pop music mainly, but their ballad songs are also great. There are enthusiastic fans all over the world. Now they go around many countries for the world tour "Where We Are Tour 2014,"  and next year, in February, they will come to JAPAN for the tour!! I can't wait their show!

Many Kinds of Music

I'll wright about many different kinds of music on this blog. I listen music every day, and I love music very much. I want to know that how many genres can be music devided in. Also, I have wanted to listen some different genre of music that I never listened before. From this week, I'll pick up some genre of music or singers and wright about it.
